Lisa Welch
My passion is PEOPLE! My purpose is to inspire teams to create a sustainable culture that is inclusive, positive, respectful and FUN! With over 25-years experience, my specialty is in the people business and everything that supports the hospitality industry, our local community and education to develop future leaders.
Other fun facts: Born in Guatemala, raised as an Army Brat and have lived throughout the US and abroad. Fell in LOVE with hospitality working in restaurants and hotels and graduated from the University of Houston, Conrad N. Hilton College (Go Coogs!) I have been a Director of People for large brands (Hyatt, Starwood, Omni) as well as boutique lifestyle brands (Virgin Hotels, The Joule, Makeready, Hotel ZaZa) and have enjoyed every experience and developed long lasting friendships.
My mission is to provide our internal guest (#1 Asset) with the BEST experience possible so that they can create memorable moments for our guests.
Lori Champion
My passion is GROWTH! Specializing in global learning as well as being a leadership and development expert with over 20 years’ experience in crafting the build, launch, scale and turnaround of businesses via innovative strategies and talent development solutions. Focused on educating talent on the discipline to deliver a flawless customer experience to drive customer acquisition, retention and expansion. Successfully developed and implemented Learning Departments in five major organizations, including serving as an Area Learning Director and VP of Leadership and Development. Created “The Relationship Edge” training and certification program for the book’s bestselling author that is still in use a decade later. Transformed brand and culture of $6.2M luxury resort to go from a 3 Star to 5 Star rating in 2 years. Enabled a metal buildings manufacturing company to surpass one year business growth goals by 40% through improving sales processes, productivity, establishing the right metrics for success and training.
Over the years, Lori has worked globally with individuals and organizations to improve results from leadership to cultural and operational performance. She has developed organizational training programs and serves as an executive coach for leaders to give them the skills and confidence they need to improve and be successful. She is accomplished in content development, having produced 50+ programs and learning products. It’s about metrics and Lori insists on collaboration with clients to produce the measurable results necessary to demonstrate growth and improvement.
